Fear of writing...

I talk lot but when it comes to write down my thought on paper a strange fear comes to my mind...I don't know where that comes from.

Out of much determination today I decided to start it, not because of passion but necessity.

I want to pursue management as my career in which effective writing is a very important. So here I come...I am putting one of my thought and request you if you happen to go thought it to comment on not only content of it but also on my writing...

Uncertainty is the most intriguing part of human life....it makes one to work hard and strive for every opportunity as one can not be sure of any thing...every thing is changing what one has or can do today one may not be able to mirror same tomorrow.

I want to cite one example of myself...

Last year I appeared in two MBA entrance examination scoring a decent if not good...95.5% in cat and 96% in XAT ....but did not get a call as I performed poorly in English section of XAT failing to clear english cutoff..that time I thought may be I can do better next year...but this is even after resigning from job I could not performed to my potential...I sought it as a classic example of uncertainty theory of human life....

"Please wakeup our countries pride is at stake"

This is my humble request to CWG organizing comity and politician to pull every thing together to save counties Pride.

Just two weeks to go and we are not even in the condition to carryout a test run....this is an international event and whole is word is watching us. In today's news it was clear that most of the foreign agencies are willing to pullout of this event if this is happing then this will be the most embarrassing thing for us, and it will give world a wrong massage!! on our approach to any work or any project!!

I thing this attitude we get from our college where we wait to do any thing till its deadline is passed. but this is not a college circle this is an international era and if we will wait till end we will only get

embarrassment.

So please stop airy dismissal of concern raised by others in the business; take them very seriously and work in order to address them.....

countries pride is on your hand please save it...

Bundelkhand "A glorious past and anonimous Present "

I am sure that every body would have heard these lines

"सिंघासन हिल उठे राजवंशो ने भ्रकुटी तानी थी!
फ़िर बूढे भारत में आई नई जवानी थी!
गुमी हुई आजादी की कीमत सबने पहचानी थी!
दूर फिरंगी को कराने की सबने मन में ठानी थी!
चमक उठी सन सत्तावन की वह तलवार पुराणी थी!
बुंदेले हर बोलो के मुंह हमने सुनी कहानी थी!
खूब लड़ी मर्दानी वो to झाँसी वाली रानी थी!!......."
But doubt how many have heard of Bundelkand.

Every single Bundelkhandi must be feeling proud after listening to or on reading these lines. Trust me I really feel very proud from inner of my heart.
These lines always reminds me that our past was very glorious and thus we can make our future glorious atleast we have right to think that.
Today Bundelkhand (Khand--means part) is the poorest part of uttar predesh and thus India. I am surprise that how a prosperous part of land(Khand) in past is the poor and backward today?
Only one thing responsible for this Ignorance.
Some fact about Bundelkhand.....

The Major cities of Bundelkhand are Jhansi, Datia, Lalitpur, Sagar, Damoh, Orai, Panna, Mahoba, Banda Narsinghpur and Chhatarpur, If you see Map of INDIA, It is heart of that.
Being surrounded by rivers like Sindh, Betwa , Kane and Godawari its economy was/is fully dependent on agriculture and was once well developed and prosperous as its river were serving it well. Some Drought and some ignorance form government broke back bone of its Economy. And compel it to become one of the poorest part of India.

Let me tell you that if government would have taken care of This part it could have contributed lots in the development of country.
Let me put some point to justify it.............

High Time to change UP

Last week while i was traveling from Pune to Nasik, I met a guy who was typically against the Ups and Biharies, I had a healthy discussion with him in various topic and in true sense he was a scholar! Suddenly one thing start troubling my mind, why this guy , even being a scholar , is against Bhaiya seeking job in Maharastra(what is wrong in it).
Then i realize that he has a point.
I started thinking that who we are and what we are??
I have heard many one(even me too) praising Ups and Biharies that Ups and Biharies are the best brains, I was not able to digest this, there was something that was popping up in my mind again and again that there some thing seriously wrong and then i draw some conclusive point on "what is it wrong with Us and Us only"

*** Let me conclude for Uttar Predesh as Bihar's condition is even worst.

In true and very bitter words we are hypocite. Some of our hypocrisy are following

1). We are the major contributor of Indian Politics.
2). We are the Best brains in India.
3). We are the Most hard working sole and smart working fox.
4). We and we and we so ...on

Let me drag the first, How come a person who is itself struggling from many deficiencies can help other but we are we!!
how the hell we even dare to think that we are contributing something in Indian politics and it is govern by UP and Bihar. I am from a small village in UP, and i am very surprised listening the people that they are happy the way UP's politics is and we claims that we are the best brain.
We don't have vision to think beyond our pseudo personal interest( Pseudo because it does not have future vision).I have not seen any wise getting stronger against overall development , there is no demand of Job opportunities but yes there is demand of student Bhatta.
In UP, Industries are dying instead of new Industry installation if Gujrat can offer Land to TATA, Why can't we.Just lack of vision, Lack of vision in Both Public and Ruler then also we are the best brain ------ Some IIT'ins, Docs and scholar can't change the fate of whole UP.
Today we are saying we are hard working, we are no doubt we are but this is not what we made up off but this our need that's why we are working hard to earn out living hood by stealing someone else's.If We would have been hard working then our counting could have been the green state like Panjab and Harayana.
There is to many thing that i can write here.
There is high time requirement of a visionary person ( Like Narendra Modi and Sheela Dixit) in UP politics who can lead with example who can put all the pearl in one garland and make people realize that State interest should be greater than the Individual interest . The day we find this man we don't have to travel across the India in search of food.

Let's Join hand to make this dream come true......

रात को जब तेरी याद आने लगी!
आँखे आशुओ से दब्दबने लगी !!
वक्त रुक सा गया था बस उस घड़ी!
साँस आने से पहले ही जाने लगी!!
सुबह का था हमको टैब इंतजार !
मगर वक्त की थी बहुत धीमी रफ्तार !!

दर्द से हम उही मचलते रहे!
रह रह के उन्हें याद करते रहे!!
सच कहूँ , तो मैंने ये सोछा ना था!
रात ऐसे कटेगी पता ही ना था !!

जब सबेरा हुआ रोशनी सी दिखी !
मन मे एक अजब सी खुसी मिली!!

रात को जब तेरी याद आने लगी !
आँखे अंशुओ से दुब्दाबने लगी!!



night can be so painful and long ....i reallies after this night..

कुछ तो हुआ है,वो दिखाने लगा है!
राज दिल मे था जो,वो खुलने लगा है!!
छिपाये हम उस राज को कैसे ,अदाओ हमारी जो दिखाने लगा है!!
गए हम बदल सबको लगाने लगा है!
राज दिल मी था जो वो, खुलने लगा है!!
हमने ये मन की ,कुछ तो हुआ है!
हमको है मालूम ये किसकी खाता है!!
.......दोस्तो अब मैं ख़ुद मे रहने लगा हूँ!
खुदी ख़ुद से बाते मैं करने लगा हूँ!!
नही है कोई आदि अंत इसका!
मैं एक बिन्दु बस मे रमने लगा हूँ!!

कुछ तो हुआ है, वो दिखने लगा है!
राज दिल मे था जो, वो खुलने लगा है!!

दिल का समुन्दर है गहरा बारा !
तुम इससे बच के रहना जरा!!

अश्को का लेंगे सहारा तब हम !
यूँही वक्त अब तोः गुजरेंगे हम!!

दिल का समुन्दर है गहरा बारा !
तुम इससे बच के रहना जरा!!
वक्त इस रफ्तार से निकल जाएगा !
देखते -२ जाने का वक्त आ जाएगा!!
ये सोचकर दिल धड़कने लगा!
बगावत कराने को दिल मचलने लगा!!
तुम्हारी याद फ़िर से आने लगी!
आँखे आशुओ से दुब्दाबने लगी!!
